Great set of pictures there Paul. well done that man and taken from right in the teeth of the action too.
If you get any future pics at future times we would always be glad to see them on the Sea News thread Paul.
Those ones are right on the money there.

Also good to hear that news there from Howard and Kevin re the tourists around the town..the pictures speak volumes, its a terrific if untapped resource for us here in Dover..or should be or could be..Yesterday at lunchtime in Millers (Premier Inn ) they were queuing for tables, someone said it was a direct result of the great ship, so there we are.
...and as we can see from Colette's info there more fab ones coming. I'll be watching out for the MSC Musica for sure.

And now a couple of novelty shots from myself. First one shows the rear end of the MSC Magnifica as she left the harbour last evening, followed out by a flotilla of small boats right in her wake..

The little vessels are the tugboat, the harbour pilot boat, and the police launch..
.and all watched by the passengers enjoying the late evening sun as they leave Dover behind.

And now by way of further novelty..this vessel of another kind was turning heads bigtime for a short while yesterday evening down on the seafront. Perhaps the drivers came to see the great ship depart but this machine was attracting huge attention of its own accord..every male that passed took time to linger and stare goggle-eyed at this beast in beasts clothing..vrooom !! This one, with design and look directly off the Mulsanne Straight for sure, was a real head-turner. It must have been teleported in..I never heard the delightful rasp of the Ferrari engine either arrive or depart despite windows being open...disappointed, as they do make a delightful sound...especially when blasting at 220mph down the Mulsanne Straight !
