Thanks Alec. hope all well...will add a couple of extra unscheduled ones now.. just for you
Yes always worth investing in a camera, great fun to be had.

Ah..I wondered if that was you Jacqui as i know you like the ships. I saw you there with your camera, it did occur to me that it might be you but i didnt like to wave either just in case, and here we are with the Queen Elizabeth just for you too. Coming up second below. The picture in post 593 is the Crystal Serenity actually arriving very very early yesterday morning reversing into its slot with the help of the tugs.

Here she is leaving last night under increasing cloud..

And here we are below at very long range..The Queen Elizabeth. I waited for her to catch a bit of fleeting sun, bet you will enjoy seeing this one Jacqui. Sorry to hear about your camera letting you down, they can be exasperating things at times, but great fun when they work right.

So far we have had the Queen Mary, the Queen Victoria, and now the Queen Elizabeth...sadly none of them stop here, all glide gently by to pastures elsewhere. All 90,000 tonners plus as i remember.

In today is the small but delightfully packaged..Quest for Adventure
