Yes its the Uk Border Agency. A familiar patrol vessel and we have featured her previously as aficionados will know. She was in the harbour all day before the mist enshrouded her. Captured here before the arrival of the deep and ghostly mist, which was eerie enough to shiver yer timbers.
Here is another shot of her but this one from a previous time. I think its The Vigilant but couldnt see for sure.
