Yes a local swimmer told me yesterday she had seen jellyfish. Oh dear !
Thats both amazing and sad news there about the Astrid. The story goes from bad to worse. The gall of the thieves but I suppose thats the way of it nowadays, it is still quite a shocking tale all round.

also back in today is the splendid Carnival Legend if anyone wants to have a look and/or take a picture. I saw her arrive at 4.20am in the dark night, and it was a very dark night for some reason. I was up pacing the sleepless floor ! But here is a shot from a previous occasion, she is over on the western pier as we speak.
