i doubt that the feline in question found the situation quite so mirth laden.
my own came a cropper when she was not much more than a kitten, set upon by a gang of herring gulls.
mind you, she deserved it, has not mixed in their company since.

Can you hire out afore mentioned seagull, the neighbours cats are a bloody nuisance in my garden creeping in C******ng and creeping out again, at last a use for these winged monsters.
A dog is just not for christmas save some for boxing day

The local council said they "don't do seagulls". Of course not. Herring Gulls are a protected species (I think) - more's the pity!
