    There is a demonstarble lack of understanding of peoples needs inlocal government - I remember one of the local councillors saying a while back that people didn't warrant an extra pedestrian crossing further down Pencester because they should jolly well walk up to the one at the top. And what about infirm, or elders, or people with mobility issues, or pain, or heavily pregnant.........our town is for everyone, and some people need seating...!
