    What a waste of time and money. I would rather go to court thereby ensuring DDC suffer maximum cost on top of officer time cost. I would take the fine and ensure they have even more cost by going to the next stage. I want to know who is responsible for issuing a notice to them over the state if their own buildings or the ones they have influence over via the land banking they have been party to. What have they done about 11 bench Street or Funky Monkey or Images or the castle pub? Why are these owners not in court?

    Picking on the small people like all playground bullies.
