  Visitors may or may not notice this house on Athol Terrace as they leave the Eastern Docks, but an awful lot of visitors trudge past on heir way to those famous white cliffs. As they do down Bench Street and Castle Street on their way to the castle too, of course. I think all the negligent property owners should face all possible action to force them to renovate and maintain their properties. Is the different action due to Conservation Area boundaries?
