#13 I can understand where Simon is coming from, it would probably have been more cost effective for DDC to have cleaned and painted the place rather than go to court.

I completely disagree with his last sentence which gives the impression DDC did not keep on trying to get the owners to improve the property before resorting to the court. I just hope the owners get off their butts and improve the place but will not hold my breathe.
