    I have brought this up at the highest level at DDC where it can/could be actioned.

    At the moment it is impossible to start work on any 215 initiatives as the planning enforcement officer died suddenly a few weeks ago and it will take time to take on a new person; plus there are already the enforcement programs that have already started (not necessarily section 215s) that must be seen through to completion.

    I had raised a motion to have this topic discussed at next week's Full Council meeting, but took it off the agenda as it couldn't be actioned for quite some time anyway.

    There may be other ways this problem can be resolved that may not involve enforcement.
