    SEEDA is likely to go. Funds will be cut to minimum in the South East and sent to undefined [at present] structures , Local Enterprise Partnerships which are expected to be business led. 50% local authorties 50 %business with a business chairman.

    Where the boundaries for these structures are is up for grabs but they must be "natural economic areas." What that means is still to be determined.
