    I know all that but if we do not do not take on some work like this it will not get done,if you walk along a road and see some paper etc on the path just pick it up,how many times do we and I have done it to said"It is not mine I did not drop it so it just stays there.we can all help by just picking it up,and it will make you feel better to by doing it.
