    Vic - perhaps a trip into the 21st Century might be an idea? You cannot encourage people to sweep roads - there is the potential for litigation if anything happens, and it is, sadly, these days very real. Picking up litter is one thing - I do it myself - but sweeping roads on dangerous bends...............please don't encourage that!!!
