They gritted my road last night too. Having said that cars have been having a terrible time getting up here tonight. I was just talking to a man parking outside my house who told me he just drove from London to Dover and it took him five and a half hours. He couldn't get up Green Lane because of an accident so he was walking to his house on the estate.
My son has just got home from work in Canterbury and he said Stagecoach have been terrific in telling people what's happening. He has a season ticket, but a driver on a National Express coach told him to jump on and he brought him through to Dover. From all we're hearing I'm very glad I'm indoors in the warm and so are all my family!
