    the war memorial garden should stay just that a garden.If the council want to advertise that they are free trade they could have it on the top of the notice board suggested in a previous posting on page 2 and put that in the corner by the buildings, the war memorial is a place to pay respect to the dead of the war, not pay homage to D.T.C or D.D.C or fair trade.
