    Even if it is (and it is) a bit shabby, the colour lifts it. Wexford has been really re-vamped (pre-financial crisis) recently and the harbour and seafront areas have had a massive facelift, and it is much improved - I don't think it would take such a big investment for the Dover seafront shops to be lifted a bit, to be honest. A bit of colour and some new shops/shop-owners and we're there. It has some lovely natural advantages.
