After all the excitement, stress and expense of Christmas and New Year, we can now relax and look forward to a couple of enjoyable Sunday lunchtimes at the Masonic Hall in Snargate Street.
The Mayor of Dover has organised two Sunday lunches, both with entertainment - the first one is on the 1st. of February and the second one is on the last Sunday in March.
I have attached two posters to this email, giving details of both events - they have been checked for viruses, so are safe to download.
Great music, great food and very, very affordable - £15 for three courses, plus live entertainment; so come along, meet Mr. Mayor - Dover Town Councillor Mrs. Diane Smallwood and really enjoy these Sunday lunchtimes.
And now for something completely different:
I sent an email about Valentine's Day at Crabble Corn Mill yesterday; I've been advised that there is a vegetarian option, it is Cranberry and Brie Wellington - sounds good.
Have a good week.
Roger
