  In my experience I always find the shop itself relatively empty but the till areas absolutely packed....that's only because they generally only have one till open though, two at the most. I do tend to only shop there in the mornings but when I have found myself in there in the afternoons there doesn't appear to be much difference.
  
  I couldn't possibly comment on the staff because I know too many of them! Strangely enough though it was only through overhearing the staff gossiping instore yesterday that I found out so many details about the robbery & I didn't even need to know anyone for a change.
  
  Isn't it odd that no one seems concerned about the fact Somerfields were robbed and all everyone can talk about is the level of service!
