  For what it's worth, an MP doesn't have to stride the streets to be accessible or to work hard for his or her constituents, and in fact that might be seen, as has been pointed out, as merely photo ops for which s/he would then be criitised! I do know that Mr Prosser has regular and frequent surgeries, takes time to speak to anyone who wants to meet with him about anything, and responds in a timely way. Even if the answer isn't what one wants, it is at least prompt, and clear. I know that on the few occasions I have met with him he has been prepared, sensible and helpful, giving me further information where needed.
