    Orangey Marek Lib Dems,done a little more research on the bottom of the form it tells you that at a previous result it was Lab 43% Lib 37% others 20% at an election on 09.02.2006,well I didn't remember voting then so I pulled up the Election result;

    ST Radigunds Ward 19.10.2006 the ward where there is an election;

    So that is a bit misleading as yes they got what they said in Elms Vale but No Libs stood in St Rads 8 months later,seems like a case of no elections at the moment might as well stand somewhere,.....oh look St Rads....not impressed.
