So it was along Barton path.
Two years ago CCTV was installed and it was heaven for 2 months, the drug dealers vanished as did the underage drinking and antisocial behaviour.
They took the camera away and within 24hrs 2 cars got torched and all the old problems came back.
The camera was a deterent but I suppose because nothing was going on they thought it was not worthy of being there.
An opportunity missed to get scum bags off the street.
