    Yesterday Russell Gardens was packed.The loos were open last year.There is a concrete path to the loo I recall it being made and the facilities updated..You donot need electric light during the day.We have always managed before.I will not support people having to cross the road to access Kearsney Abbey toilets.Dont forget I practally live next door./These three parks are a magnet for visitors and surely we can find £4,000 No split in the ranks ,just doing my job for the greater good of the community.I did suggest a charge of twenty pence We also have a problem with toilets being closed early..
