  I'll sort some photos out over the w/e of tall ship prior to entering the harbour.
  
  I was on the auxiliary lifeboat that went out to meet the tall ship & transfer the torch off Langdon Bay/St Margaret's. Pretty rough out there & ultimately the transfer took place in the harbour because of weather conditions.

  Was lucky enough to have a tour of her today. Photos still on my camera I will try load up in next few days. An impressive ship she be, inside and out!

  Thats the second Lifeboat above and when I read Pauli Watkins post above I couldnt resist a bit of extreme enlargement and yes...here he is in the pic below, you can spot him there on the foredeck, leading the charge, in the true tradition of the English seafarer Sir Francis Drake, in the teeth of the gale n all that...

  I believe the Torch bearer, who would have been on the other Lifeboat, was seasick before landing on Prince of Wales pier.
  
  
  PS: the Tall Ship is still moored along the Prince of Wales pier as per the photo on the Cruise thread.

  PaulB see the link to RNLI press release I have put on 'torch is coming buzz' page. Great photos and video there. Unfortunately the torch barer was seasIck so one of the support represented him on the tall ship and coming to the PoW pier. Once on solid ground tho the torch barer did us proud and ran his leg with the flame

  Thanks for that Helen...thats great. Yes a very interesting one there from the Lifeboat guys on the 'Torch is coming buzz' thread..will have a further look shortly now as well.
