Keith...I remember when my hair would get blown into my eyes...and take an age to wash & dry.

    I agree with you;-
-The EEC was never all that it was cracked-up to be.
-The Political Process of morphing the EEC into the EU and into its present state and the setting out of its future path all took place with the encouragement and assistance of all the major Political Partys, pushed along by self-interested groups with the ear of Government, and the cash-clout, to work their mysterious ways behind the scenes.

I agree, that a sea-change is threatening the 'Establishment', the 'institutions-various', both of-old and those more recently created within the EU.

    BUT!!!!!

UKIP is but a wolf in the fold, attired in an ill-fitting fleece. A mere diversionary tactic.

[Just in case I'm sounding a mite too agreeable...]

If it were not for the undoubted attraction of UKIP's firm stance against immigration and immigrants, the Green Party would fulfil many of the wishes of those in the UK who feel that the non-rich are getting too much of the rough end of the stick.

Alas, they too are too timid to strike out to form the next Government, and anybody's plan that limits itself to claim kudos for supposed success and shirks all possible blame for failure, to be a thug's hanger-on, will be unable to stir the Voter to assist in driving on in line with the changes, and will merely abet the Established Partys to have us slide ever backwards. And even if this was to bring back my locks, I would have to decline the offer.
