    Oh dear! thats a tough one Diana what with Christmas coming up and winter fuel bills and so on. Somebody said something somewhere...must have been on TV that you can refuse to pay, but am not sure how genuine that was. On those 24 hours news programs they fill up the airwaves with almost every tom dick and harry coming on to speak and give advice but whether that advice is accurate or not...

    Is there a Citizens Advice bureau in Dover anyone know?
