    Computers are designed to drive us mad. Mine refused to go online and I ended up trying to uninstall and reinstall the package. It all went horribly wrong and the Virgin.net helpline (at 25p a minute) was no help whatsoever. Helpline. Huh. Surely there is something in the trade description act that they are breaking. I phoned about six times before I finally got someone who knew what they were talking about. Gawd knows how much it cost me but I am now online again
