  i hear that the eu have come up with a rather exelant idea,its called a bank levy,it seems a sound idea and should work out in a balenced way.what i would like to know is why g.osbourne wants money out of it straight away,but for some one who is sussposed to be inteligent.how can one do this if there is no money in the kitty.as far as i can see its future account to bail out the banks,the enfisis is on the word future and not the past.
