Regarding the Castle - last time we were there, we overheard a woman saying she'd never been so bored in her life.
(Not quite sure why - maybe she was finding it a bit of a struggle as there's so much to see.)

The Battle of the Flowers in August is a wonderful spectacle too (if they still do it).
I haven't been back there for many years but still have very fond memories.

The price will be slightly higher as the site needs updating bit it is 1.5 times a normal admission, gets you some newsletters, occasional 'behind the scenes' visits, plus you get to most of the events (other than the occasional very special event where a small charge is made to members)Been nice knowing you :) - 21 May 2009 22:0521780Thanks
