    Colin I must stand up for Roger on this one take it from me he is working on it.I have alot of time for Roger he is puting in alot of hours each day of the week and he does not get a penny for doing it,he is doing the same work as Mr Webb was doing but without pay and that is not right both councils should be helping in geting him a wage, or we will lose him.
