    I love opera, especially the really heavy Wagnerian stuff (Die Meistersinger Von Nurenberg ) but I'm very aware that this is a passion shared by few of my fellow townsfolk, and I remain rather sceptical that the patrons of Bar Elle will turn out en masse. Still, Carmen is a little lighter!
