    I'm sure there will be some people out to make a point(and had the council handled things in a better way, none of this would have been possible)

    but there are others that have no choice but to have the unsightly bins in there front (see howards posts)

    i would not drag the empty bin through my home to the rear of the property and back every fortnight!!!!!

    some have no option but to have the bins where they are.
