    Everyone I've spoken to has been happy to do the recycling, it's just that the property many of them live in, cannot store the wheelie bins comfortably and many who have the black bins and purple bags have a need for more than two bags a week, especially a family of four.

    I went out this morning for a couple of hours around the Clarendons and spoke to many people who came out to talk to me about the new service. Recycling - yes; wheelie bins - no.
