    I agree Howard but what is to be done? If the residents of, say, Balfour Road or Folkestone Road and others have to suffer the indignity of their street being used as a council waste tip what hope for anybody else? Those without a car are well and truly stuffed. Mind you the signs were there when the local council ok'ed the giant telly.
    They can do what the hell they like even though it creates a blight on the area.
