Yes I've been thinking about the olympics. I can imagine television producers tearing their hair out trying to take camera shots in the area trying to avoid the sight of lines of bins. No doubt the local council will send out flyers asking residents to hide their bins while the olympic torch is held high along the streets of Dover. If this is the case the question should be asked, what is there to hide?
Surely the council should be highlighting this triumph of man's ability to save the planet.
    I can see it now:

"Come to Dover and see the bins". It could be a brilliant attraction and serve as a great distraction to the, erm, redevelopment in the area.
