  I think most people are happy to recycle but the actual rubbish collection moved from weekly to every 2 weeks. that should not be forgotten.
  
  
  with regard to bins, a lot of people throughout the district are complaining about the recyvcling bins such as how unsightly they look and they are to big thus blocking peoples windows.
  
  As i have stated in other posts the lady in the curiosty shop(an ex indy cllr) is so upset over these bins that she is inviting people to come into her shop and she will take up there complaints on the bins
  she will also be putting a notice i her shop window as to who to complain to in on the council
