    Howard on your travels try going to Tower Hill,up the steps from the Priory turn left walk to the end of the road(Priory Hill) right again at the Abbots next road on your left.I saw these bins being delieved today.They have no frontage and although they do have a rear garden they are not accesible from the front so I am sure there are dozens of wheelie bins on the pavements.While you are there go down the hill into North Road and see the smallest house in Dover on the Corner.
