  There are too many properties that should not have them, but do and just try to get on with them.
  Their lives are seriously blighted by these wheelie bins, but feel there's nothing they can do.
  
  As Howard's photos have shown, the Clarendons are in a much worse state now than before the bins.
  Folkestone Road, which has a lot of traffic from visitors and residents, is just awful (I hate to wonder what the visitors to Dover think), but hopefully after the photos I sent in to DDC, something will/must, be done.
  The whole area has been brought down and is worse than before.
