  I'm new to the forum but having read over the past few weeks all the comments about the bins etc I would like to add my comments
  
  I have the black box, blue box,green bag, food bin and purple sacks. I would have liked the wheelie bins but it was impratical where I live. However I cannot praise the bin men enough for the efficient service they provide in collecting all the different waste each week. They always put my boxes and bag behind the gate so they dont blow away and always collect on the days stipulated. Recycling is the way forward and we must remember we are only custodians for this planet so its our duty to look after it for future generations to come.
  
  Just remember these guys collecting the rubbish are only doing their job, so dont shoot the messengers. I'm sure before the wheelie bins arrived, no one gave them a second glance
