I am sure that in a few months the bin problems will have sorted themselves out and 99% of them will not be the eyesore that they seem now. In theory there should be less litter blowing around as the cats, seagulls and foxes will not be breaking into sacks.
I am a recycler as I do not want to see more ugly landfill sites being started not because I want to save the planet or any of the other spurious reasons people give.

I do not think anyone is really blaming the hard working binmen for these teething problems it is their bosses who have made a mess of things, it is just easier to type 'binmen' when having a moan.
