    Exactly where the clocktower is to be re-positioned has not yet been decided. A spokeswoman for Dover Harbour Board said: "We are discussing with various regulators, particularly English Heritage, the relocation of the clocktower so that it remains at the entry to the new pier." The proposed location is still being discussed and will be subject to further consultation."
