  I read these postings earlier but decided to side step the issue on the grounds that the last time I pointed out Alex D's comments about Poles as being racist,in my humble opinion, it was pooh poohed. However thanks for your comments.
  
  I'm sure that my old Dad when flying with the RAF on raids over his homeland and Germany failed to realise what a precedent he was setting.He should have realised that the Poles having spent 30 years behind the Iron Curtain where even items like bog paper were luxury items that required hours of queuing,where attending church could cost you your job and where your every move,letter or phone call was monitored by the Stasi ,that they would suddenly and foolishly want to taste real freedom and work overseas as full members of the EU in order to support their historically suppressed families back home by coming to a country with which they feel tremendous loyalty and love towards and where many of their fighting countrymen are buried. He was such a clot God rest his Soul.
