  I hope this is not a one hit wonder, i.e. they will carry out the immediate works, get a pat on the back and then in a years time we find the problem has reverted back having had no preventative works to eradicate the build up.
  It's high time the whole stretch of the Dour was given a complete overhaul , it is no good doing a bit here and there, look at the state of our roads when they are top dressed.
  Ian, I know this issue has been a thorn in your side, but nothing will be accompished and maintained without someone with a passion for our River being appointed as a Warden.
