  Very likely Keith but as a member of the great unwashed I don't necessarily understand the finer detail in order to make an informed decision one way or the other. I don't think I need to understand the fine detail but I do need sufficient information in an understandable form in order to form a valid opinion - as do all voters.
  
  Any major changes to our status with the EU would have to be put to a referendum (unless you want a parliamentary blood bath) and for that to have any validity then the likes of us mere mortals need to have some basic facts that make sense - and preferably non-political!
