  On another thread there is a debate about should a councillor be called councillor or just by their name.
  
  Does it really matter having a title like an OBE ??
  
  When you do something in life you should not do it because you think you should be honoured in someway for doing it, but for the good of others. Why do we need others to say that you are good at what you have done or given, as long as in your heart you gave your best, and for the right reasons.
  
  Quite frankly I do not really care about who gets and who doesn't. Good luck to them if they have been lucky enough to be recognised in some way for their work. I certainly don't feel bad or neglected just because I didn't. there are far bigger things to worry about these days.
