Not a terribly good picture, just a handheld shot in the dark, but it does show the large 'batwings' in full colour operation before their demise due to extenuating circumstances ie...they kept falling down in the wind.. This is Castle St, only the centre circles are now operational.
Wonder how the Town Council meeting went as they were discussing this problem last night, as mentioned by DavidH above....
