Speaking of postmen, the other day I answered the door to mine (not wearing my tiara I hasten to add) we were chatting about his recent holiday and heard 'beep beep, beep beep'. He said "Aren't you going to turn off your smoke alarm"? It wasn't the smoke alarm it was my cockatiel mimicking it! Postie didn't believe me so I made him come in and see for himself!
