  Sometimes ,as my old father used to say, " if you've got nothing worthwhile to say it's best keeping your mouth shut". Maybe this was an example Vic. You should have kept it shut.
  
  I sometimes question your motives, are you really doing it for the good of Dover or just to promote yourself in the public eye?. Surely you knew (then maybe not) that the Head of State can't get involved in political matters and that the only outcome would be a non response from some lacky at Buck House. However it probably got you a mention in Dubris which appears to be your main aim in life. Maybe it's time and sat down and examined your true motives for your actions and remember your not kidding us just yourself and your God. However if it keeps you happy who the hell am I to question you..and as you say I don't even live in Dover anymore.Regardless of the fact I still pay UK and Jersey taxes and won't be claiming my state pension (my personal decision to make a contribution to the economy)
  
  Sorry to be so harsh..but this response is prompted by your annual attempts to get on the council as a red blue yellow green rainbow whatever candidate,losing deposits at the general elections and your continuing ego which is only fed and measured by inches and photos in the newspapers.
