    Yes indeed, as I said - it is extra help to the areas most dependent on the public sector to compensate for a disproportionate hit from the cuts. What is right is the way the help is focussed on capital projects and help to boost the private sector in these areas. Its eminently sensible.

    It is a massive budget in the sense of the range and scope of the measures. I will be blogging when I have had a chance to study detail and give a bit more thought to it.
