  Barton Path has been an overgrown eyesore for years. It's just more overgrown than normal at the moment.
  
  Reeds may have been planted to improve the flow, but they are out of control. The nettles and other weeds are never cleared. The path is disappearing and disintegrating in places.
  
  Rubbish may get cleared from the water, but there's no sign of weed removal.
  
  With so little of the Dour walkable, you'd think the powers-that-be would look after it properly.
