After reading the problems around the Dover area it all comes down to the same people now, not the police but the PSO's.
It's pass the buck time and blame someone else........

I do admire these guys but at the same time they also pass the buck.......let me explain.

A couple of weeks ago the river had large amounts of garden rubbish flowing down the river along Barton path, and I mean a lot.
I rang the local PSO and reported it, who in turn reprted it to her collegue who would sort it as he was on the spot.

I told them the exact location and it carried on for about 4 hours, so I left it at that and it still continued.

A week later I saw the same PSO that I had reported it to and asked what the result was and the reply was..................

We could not find anyone littering the river with any kind of rubbish.

Yet I still witnessed the rubbish going in. So what does that tell you. I still get paid and ignore everything? you tell me.

    Ian...
